Vegas Culottes & Plunge Bodysuit Outfit

I was asked to plan an outfit for Vegas, one of the top destinations on my travel wish list. When I think of Vegas I envision glam evening wear, heels and luxury handbags.  

The destination I chose to style my outfit for was Top of the World restaurant, this restaurant is located in the Stratosphere hotel one of the many great Las Vegas hotels. This restaurant actually rotates, giving the most perfect 360 degree view of Vegas. The dress code is 'business casual attire', so I went for a more 'evening wear' version of a classic blazer and culottes.
