OOTN: Suede Thigh High Boots & Little Black Dress

My first outfit blog post in a long time. This is an OOTN or 'outfit of the night' which I wore last weekend.

I haven't been on a night out in what seems like forever, so I wanted to wear something that I wouldn't usually have the chance to wear.

I'm obsessed with these thigh high faux suede open-toe boots. They're completely laced up, meaning that they can be adjusted to fit perfectly. Another bonus is the super soft faux-suede fabric, which is so comfortable - no scarring from scrappy high heels.

I'd consider these boots a statement piece, for that reason I wanted to play them down with a very minimal dress. I didn't want to be mistaken for a Pretty Woman wanna-be flashing a lot of skin, hence the long sleeved high neck dress in black.

 I managed to get these boots for €24 with a 20% discount code. Such a bargain, I may have ended up purchasing them in black too. Being heavily inspired by designer footwear, I think they look a lot more expensive than their price tag.
