H&M Studio AW15 Pre-Launch Event Dublin

09 September 2015

Yesterday I had the pleasure of being invited by H&M to their H&M Studio A/W15 Pre-Launch Event. The night was held at their magnificent College Green Store in Dublin. I've always been a huge fan of H&M's Studio Collections, as well as their Designer Collaborations. I loved the futuristic 60s looks, combined with 70s high glamour which H&M applied to this collection, click below to see more.

Metallic gold blouse priced at €60, this is a serious wardrobe statement piece. The fact that it's a blouse makes it way more wearable - always a bonus.

The DJ Booth

Gorgeous real leather patent pointed toe boots, I think they're priced at €150

Amazing fur, loved the collar detail. H&M know how to provide high end looks at affordable prices.

'Cake Pops' - basically cake on a stick. They were delicious. Thanks H&M!

Champagne was flowing all night. H&M know how to throw a party.

This was one of my purchases, I'm in love with it. Priced at €20. I love the gold shimmery tones. It also comes in a rich burgundy colour. The back strap detail makes a statement without being over the top. I'm planning to wear this on it's own or layered under sheer blouses.

This printed green tunic top was part of one Kendal Jenner runway looks. It's seriously stunning.

Some great wardrobe basics were also on offer from the H&M Studio AW15 collection.

The gorgeous blogger Anouska wearing a black jumper my Mother purchased. I'm definitely going to be borrowing this one. I love how Anouska styled it too. Make sure you visit her fashion blog.

Taken whilst in the process of purchasing, this grey long sleeve top is going to be a great wardrobe staple. I'm thinking of pairing it with jeans & pencil skirts for AW15.

Some of the H&M College Green Dublin Store's architecture. I absolutely adore this building.

Looking tired, but inwardly excited with the contents of my shopping bag. I went for a very casual but comfortable look, as predicted the store was packed with fashion enthusiasts - eager to shop the new H&M Studio AW15 Collection.

Sweets were handed out to the guests which was a lovely touch.

Guests also had the opportunity to get sketched by Conor Merriman, an Irish Fashion Illustrator. Check out his work if you haven't already.

There were loads of great basic tops in this collection. If you're looking for easy to wear 'every day' pieces you won't be disappointed. There's also plenty of 'show stopper' pieces available.
Overall I think this Studio Collection will be a great update to anyone's Autumnal Wardrobe.

The Studio Collection will hit selected stores Thursday 10th September. I really enjoyed the pre-launch event and would recommend anyone thinking about investing in some pieces to do so.

What's your favourite piece?
