Penneys Primark A/W 13 Haul

Working in Penneys (Primark) means that I’m constantly resisting the urge to purchase every new item that comes in the latest delivery. This is especially true during A/W, my favourite season ever and one which Penneys consistently produces lust-worthy pieces for. Click below to see what else I picked up.




I am obsessed with these photographic print socks, we also have ones with pandas which are adorable. They are priced at €2.50 each which is insanely good value, considering other high street and online stores are selling them for €10 - €12 per pair. I plan to style these with my cut out Jeffrey Campbell Coltraine boots to show off the print.



When I saw this floral headband I couldn’t believe my eyes (or luck!). I’ve been searching for a black floral one FOREVER. I’ve only ever come across one priced at about €40, no thanks! This headband is priced at €3 and also comes in a deep burgundy red colour (very on trend for A/W 13). Both colours are a completely appropriate way to rock the floral headband trend for Autumn/Winter. The best thing about them is that the flowers are oversized which gives the floral ‘crown’ look rather than a hairband. Move over Lana Del Ray.



Lastly I finally caved and bought myself a onesie for this A/W season. I’ve always been a fan of the more ‘trendy’ (can we class a onesie as trendy? I’m going to say yes.) ones found in high street stores which are made from a sweat pants type material. However I would never pay €35 for something I’d only wear indoors. But this onesie from Penneys ticks all the boxes, it’s made from a soft breathable fabric in a navy colour with pink fair isle pattern on the upper section and leg cuffs.
It’s priced at €18 and is honestly the most comfortable thing I’ve ever worn. My bathrobe has officially been abandoned.
