Last Sunday was my first Sunday off in forever. I love my sleep and it takes a lot for me to say no to an extra few hours, but as soon as a friend told me about the Shutterbug vintage kilo sale sleep was the last thing on my mind. A road trip from Dublin to Kilkenny was definitely on the cards. For those of you who haven't heard of a kilo sale, it's literally when clothes are weighed and sold per the kilo.
The event actually kicked off on Saturday and within a few minutes the place was packed with people hunting for vintage goodies. Blanaid herself kindly emailed me the photos of the event, how gorgous is the venu?
We were a little scared there wouldn't be much left for us on Sunday, but we needn't have worried there was plenty for us to get excited about. I bought some of the most amazing heavily sequined items, leather shorts and silver metallic leggings that would rival your disco pants. In total I narrowed it down to 5 items and paid a grand total of €32. Shocking I know! Can't wait to show you all my lovely treasures in my next post :)

Aww, I wish I could have been there! Looks like a great Vintage Sale. I prefer those with kilo pricing as well, so I would have had great fun :) And your outfit looks amazing - as always. The Riding Pants are stunning to this rose shirt ♥
