I'm a big fan of colour blocking for Summer 2011. Not only is it great for a warm summer's day but it also brightens up the many dull days that Ireland seems to get during Summer.

I picked this skirt up in Bershka and immediately thought I would pair it with my royal blue shirt from New Look. For night time I'd probably pair this outfit with my lime green heels and a clutch bag, neither of which I could find for the photos.

Topshop buckle wedges I got in the Christmas Sale.

I'm now deperate for a pair of green chinos and a nude blazer to pair with them!

However I did recently pick up these denim leopard print shorts from Bershka which I am in love with.

    Those colours suit one another incredibly well! You're right about the dull summer days, it's dull here at the moment and wearing a bit of colour really brightons your mood I find!
